Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Each rug is photographed and described as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to lighting, manufacturing, or screen displays.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide:

Approved claims will result in either:

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery. If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly.
